This notice covers the launch mailing list — the email sign-up on this page. When the store opens, a full privacy policy covering orders and accounts will replace it.

Who we are

Liberstar [trading name of SOLE TRADER FULL NAME / LTD COMPANY NAME & NUMBER, ADDRESS] is the data controller under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect, and why

• Your email address — so we can tell you when the store opens and send occasional marketing emails about products and drops.
• A consent record — the date and time you signed up and confirmed, the IP address the sign-up came from, and the version of the wording you agreed to. We keep this to prove your consent was valid.

That's all. This page sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking scripts.

Lawful basis

Consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). We use double opt-in: after signing up you receive a single confirmation email, and you only join the list once you click the link in it. If you never confirm, we delete the address within 30 days.

Who handles the data

• Mautic — our marketing platform. Self-hosted on our own server; your address is not shared with a third-party marketing service.
• Brevo — the relay that delivers our emails (an EU provider).
• Cloudflare — hosts this page and proxies traffic; encrypted backups are stored on Cloudflare R2. Where data leaves the UK we rely on UK adequacy decisions or the IDTA / UK Addendum.

We never sell or share your address for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

• Unconfirmed sign-ups: deleted within 30 days.
• Confirmed subscribers: until you unsubscribe or we close the list.
• Unsubscribes are recorded as a suppression flag so we don't email you again.

Your rights

You can withdraw consent at any time — every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, or just email [email protected]. You also have the right to access, correct, or erase your data, to object, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. We'll answer any request within one month.
